My hope from this little book is that you’ll become more aware of the amazing abilities that nature has given you. I just want all of us to be free. Freedom to me is the ability to say yes or no to something. For many of us, there are past experiences, people, events and beliefs that cause us to hesitate, stress and get overwhelmed to design the life we want to live. I know what it’s like to feel trapped by others (and by my own) expectations. Thankfully I can honestly say I’ve overcome the fears that had kept me prisoner by using these principles that are in this book.
