About the role
KYU Media is a media and content agency producing video, podcast, and social content for a portfolio of high-profile clients.
Industries We Work With
We mostly with service-based businesses such as buyers agents, mortgage brokers, celebrities who have businesses in service based.
We grow their business through content and paid media. We run digital ads, ad creative, organic social and podcast production. We operate as a strategic partner to our clients not a set of hands.
Pod Model
We run a "pod" model: a self-contained team — Strategist, Account Manager, Marketing Executive, Videographer, Editor, and Graphics.
We are growing and building out the paid ads arm of the business so there is a lot building of systems and processes.
We're looking for someone organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely excellent with people.

What We're Looking For
What you'll own
Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across owned, earned and paid channels.
Set up, run and optimise campaigns across Meta, EDM, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Build and test lead generation tactics that fill the pipeline with qualified leads.
Track leads end to end and report clearly on cost per lead and what is working.
Develop copy and brief creative aligned to each client's distinct voice.
Work with our production and content teams to keep messaging consistent.
System building — master our systems, then make them better. Spot what's slowing the pod down or hurting client results, and build the process that fixes it.
What you're measured on (KPIs)
Cost per lead. Drive CPL down across client accounts and keep it there.
Cost per acquisition. Improve CAC so clients pay less to win a client.
Qualified lead volume. Fill the pipeline with leads that actually fit, not just cheap clicks.
Lead tracking accuracy. Every lead tracked end to end so we can show results clearly. No gaps, no guesswork.
Reporting. Clean, on-time reports that show cost per lead, cost per acquisition and what is working.
Return on ad spend. Get more out of every dollar a client puts in.
Client retention. Clients stay because the numbers stack up.

Who you are
3+ years in agency marketing experience.
A natural organiser you keep multiple clients and deadlines straight without dropping anything.
Comfortable owning outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Hands-on experience running campaigns across social and digital channels.
Proven experience with lead generation for service businesses, not just brand awareness.
Comfortable with data. You can read a dashboard and turn numbers into next steps.
Strong written communication with an instinct for audience-first storytelling.
Able to juggle multiple deadlines across concurrent projects without dropping the ball.
