What You'll Actually Get Out Of This

We’re hiring a Social Media Assistant to support our Accounts team. This is a part-time, Sydney-based, hybrid role for someone organised, creative, and hungry to learn agency-side social.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and publish content across client social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Contribute to monthly content plans and brainstorming sessions.

  • Assist Account Managers with creative briefs and asset coordination.

  • Pull performance reports and highlight key insights for clients and internal teams.

  • Stay across social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments worth jumping on.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the Accounts and Creative teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in social media as a marketing channel, not just as a user.

  • A good eye for what makes content work and why (hooks, visuals, captions).

  • Organised, able to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and moving parts.

  • Clear communicator who’s comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions.

  • Proactive, willing to learn; we’ll teach you the rest if you bring the attitude.

  • Familiarity with Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok is a strong plus.

  • Ideally 0–2 years experience (agency, freelance, or running your own projects).

  • SERIOUS: A ambitious, non lazy, good human. We will not hire just skills.
